I had a very negative experience. I brought my daughter in for clothes. The owner made a rude comment about her. Very disappointing.

I know that I am owed money and I'm sure there are items that didn't sell, I was never contacted about them closing and there's no forwarding address or contact information. I would like to have some guidance on what to do next. I have dealt with this store for years and was very disappointing to find out that they moved out and didn't square up with their customers first.

I had gotten a few different Beaver business gift cards as a gift from someone who loves to shop local. This was one of the cards I had gotten so after a trip to Yama I decided to browse their items. I was able to get two pairs of boots, three scarves and still have credit on my card. They have beautiful dresses, tops and accessories in there. The woman working behind the counter was so sweet and helpful! It's great that this area has a local option to purchase clothing and shoes without driving farther to a big corporate store.

Customers may purchase foods also from Omaha Steaks and Honey Baked Ham. Current clothing stores include Old Navy, Soma, Chico's, White House Black Market, Talbot's, Jos A. Bank, Steel City, and Rally House. I do not shop at these clothing stores, but they seem to be popular with other customers. This mall also contains several local home-improvement businesses that can be useful to homeowners (e.g., handyman, heating and cooling, Bath Fitter, appliance repair, cabinets, and grout repair). A few businesses offer recreational activities for physical fitness, including a swim school, trampoline park, and indoor cycling. Many other businesses include a Verizon, salon and spa, UPS, jewelry store, candle store, etcetera. This mall does not have a large grocery store, but other nearby malls do.

They recently refurbished their patio area and put in a fire pit and outdoor stage for live music. August 28-30 they had several outdoor family friendly events. They had some special activities for kids during the morning & early afternoon. They had a few food trucks. From 4-5pm Max Schang's Trio of Blues played on the stage. Seating was socially distanced & patrons were asked to wear masks. Public restrooms available with extra hand sanitizer stations. Worth stopping in to shop & dine if you're in the area.

2.5 stars. I have shopped at Beaver Valley Mall off and on for several years. Since my previous…read morereview a few years ago, more stores have closed. My husband and I were here most recently on Black Friday 2025, and although the mall had mostly vacant storefronts, many people were walking around. The mall was clean and maintained, and a Christmas train was set up for children. My husband made an analogy and said that the mall reminded him of an old person who was dying but was in a nursing home that took great care of them (!). I needed to use the women's restroom, and an employee kindly told me its location. The restroom was located past the food court, which contained only some restaurants. The restroom looked old but was fairly clean and worked. During this shopping trip, I shopped in the Boscov's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Shoe Dept. Encore. I most liked the Boscov's.

The interior is very pretty for a mall, and there are cute gathering areas in front of two anchor stores. Many storefronts in the interior of the mall are vacant, and finding a reason to come shop is difficult. The mall is owned by Namdar Realty Group, a known slum lord. Unfortunately, the anchors contribute to the issues. The former Macy's is used by U-Haul for self-storage with part being offered for redevelopment. Rural King does not open into the mall. JCPenney is in the process of closing, which is sad as it's a nicer store for this chain. Boscov's will be the only anchor with access from in the mall once JCPenney's closes. Dick's remains as a junior anchor. The food court is still decent and includes Chick-Fil-A and China Max, along with others. It's a shame a mall this nice looking is in this condition, with empty storefronts everywhere. The future of this mall is uncertain at best.
