I saw the doctor every 6 months, and every visit, I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes to see her. She is kind and wonderful to explain things and very patient with my questions. I really appreciated Dr. Andruchow's knowledge and patience with me. There was often a parking spot close to the clinic and it was free too. The seating area has about 6 or 7 seats and it's never so busy that every seat is taken. The rooms have magazines but I never wait long to see the doctor. Her front staff would call me to remind me of appointments and also when they would book my ultrasounds. There was confusion once when the staff didn't know where I wanted to book it even though I was going to the same lab for the last few years and I booked my appointment myself. The staff seemed to have changed over the years but overall they are alright.

The first time I went I got in to see a doctor within 20 minutes of showing up (no appointment). On my second time for a followup, I was waiting for maybe half an hour to forty-five minutes before getting in. The location is very conveniently located next to an X-ray facility and a Rexall pharmacy. Definitely worth a stop in if you need any medical help.

The waiting room was packed. Because we had an appointment, we did not have to do through the normal check-in process which included taking a small numbered piece of paper from a little plastic basket on the receptionist's desk. There did seem to be a substantial line-up for walk-ins and this was compounded by the fact that this is location handles worksite injuries for many organizations, so there were several pretty gruesome injuries to be seen. But our experience was good, the x-ray service next door was quick and the replacement cast was done in less than half an hour. Don't know if I would likeit as much if I had stood waiting for three hours to see a family doc though.

The flu shot was simple and quick and the staff member did their utmost to explain things to each individual. One person was so afraid of getting their flu shot that he was jerking around wildly and had a hard time but staff helped him get his shot anyway. I liked how clean it seemed and the fact that they served so many people. This flu shot clinic was less busy than I would have liked -- because it would be nice to see more folks getting their flu immunizations -- but I'm glad I went here! It's a very transit accessible place with ample parking in the mall parking lot.

The day after we arrived home from the hospital, a nurse from Woodcroft came to our home to see how we, as new parents, were doing and to answer any questions we had. This may be standard practice here, but as a transplant from the US, I found this amazing. Since then, the staff at Woodcroft have answered many questions when I call and have undoubtedly saved us from a few ER visits. When my little guy had his immunizations today, they were extremely supportive of mom, who honestly had a harder time with the shots than the kiddo. I am glad Woodcroft is my community clinic. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for my family.

Canadian Blood Services recently moved here from their location by the University of Alberta…read morehospital. I am loving the new location. Bigger, brighter, and lots more parking availability. I usually donate in the late afternoon and getting out at rush hour was never fun at the old location. Now you can jump on the Whitemud or take Gateway or Calgary Trail to make your way home, The inside is very open and airy. They have great all gender bathrooms. They are wheelchair accessible and have push button open and lock which helps with all abilities of people. The staff as usual are great. They have a huge snack counter for you pre and post-donation. The staff don't know how to manage patients and have no respect for your time. Went in right as…read morethey opened for walk ins (1pm). Just needed a script refilled for my GF. She checked in, and sat for almost an hour. Was never given a time estimate and didn't end up seeing a doctor, but we got to watch other patients come and go while we sat there ignored for the duration. We drove down the street to the Medi-Center (All Well Medical Clinic on the corner by Mill Woods Road) and were in and out in 10 min. It literally took less time for me to drive somewhere else, get the script, and come back to complain (shoppers is next door otherwise I wouldn't have bothered). When I went back to let them know about my experience I asked to speak to "the office manager or whoever is in charge so i could provide feedback". Of the two women behind the counter one could not tell me who was in charge as she had no idea and the other listened to me complain only to say nothing and give no justification for the wait. They could not explain why someone should be expected to wait for over an hour for what was easily a 2-minute written prescription, no consultation needed. Whoever runs this office needs a wake-up call. Unless you have some serious time to kill don't bother with this place. They don't value your time and you have better options nearby. Note: this is not my first time coming here but it will be my last. Each time we've come for prescriptions (puffers, birth control, etc) it's always an 60-90min wait. Yet somehow the All-Well Medical Clinic manages to get us in an out in under 15min, every. single. time. The difference between the two? Competency and Respect.

Dr. Hartt has been our physician for some time and there isn't the space to tell you what a special…read moredoctor he is. Always caring and very knowledgeable, he investigates illness fully. Has always been super kind to myself and my husband. We would not go any other place. The staff are really nice and always helpful. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment so they are very punctual. There are now four or five Doctors, some of which may take new patients, so it's worth a try to call and check. The clinic itself is spotless and I can highly recommend this medical clinic.
