Nothing. I left multiple messages with their team and never received a single call back. When I finally got in touch, Diane could not have been more unhelpful or indifferent. Her complete lack of urgency or accountability was astounding, especially after they failed to deliver on what they promised. If you're considering using Northstar, I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their customer service is a joke, and their lack of follow-through shows how little they care once they've got your money.

I try to go there at least twice a year to get perennials and such for my home. I try and go to the bare root sale every year to get the more expensive plants that I want. They have such health and beautiful plants and always have interesting things to look at such as their displays, Koi pond, decorative lawn items and such.
