My partner also had to leave a patient appointment early when they arrived unexpectedly. They said they could locate utility lines, but they hit our gas line, dug it up, kinked it badly, and had to stop work so the gas company could come out. The next day, they played music outside without asking while we were inside with the windows and doors open. When I asked them to turn it off, the response was defensive and dismissive rather than professional, and that's me using nice words to describe the experience. The work itself may have been acceptable, but the communication, respect, and professionalism were not. I will never use their services again, nor buy a single plant off of their lot.

I came here a couple years ago and dropped a few bills on plants to landscape my parents place. I had a plan made up by a master garderner and no idea what I was doing. The staff was super helpful, pretty much held my hand and helped me select what I needed. If they didn't have the specific plant they were able to suggest a suitable substitute. And it all turned out great, everything for the most part has survived and thrived. With the exception of one plant, but that was mostly because of poor placement planning on the master gardener's part. Oh and I bought two burning bushes which have done quite well, I was a little disappointed that they didn't burst into flames and give me any messages from God, but I guess I'm not Moses so that was an unrealistic expectation.
