I've booked with Sopha a few times now for my lash extension and she does an amazing job. She explained to me that the lashes were not supposed to be that close to my lid which explains why I kept tearing up and my eyes stung at the last place. Also, you get worked on in a private room and not in a opened setting. They set up the room so that you're relaxed and cozy. My first experience at a totally different spa was not great and I was really nervous about trying again, after the first time cost me a large sum and took a year and a half to fade enough to try again over them. Aliya was an amazing listener, she referenced photos that I provide for how I am comfortable with my brows when I do my makeup, and respecting that really wanted a natural look, not a "made up" look, since my hope was to wear LESS makeup and have less time getting ready. She did a phenomenal job - while my skin had a tough time taking the ink (possibly due to previous work), she was persistent and used the entirety of our appointment time to apply multiple layers of ink.
