Lash Lift and Tint w/Erika:…read more I have had lift and tint services over the years at various places, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with this service. It is normal to have a little bit of stinging in one or both eyes once the treatment is over and you open and blink your eyes a few times. The solutions used cause this if they touch your eye. I did not even in the slightest have any stinging sensations during or following the treatment. I was extremely impressed by that alone, before even seeing the results of the lift. The results were impressive on top of the gentle care of the treatment. I chose an "L" shape roller vs. a "C" shape roller, giving my lashes a more stick straight up look. I feel it made my lashes look longer than previous "C" roller lifts I have had in the past. Erika described the difference of the two types and allowed me to choose before the treatment. I have also in the past had the tips of my lashes coil tightly in on themselves from lifts at other salons. This lift came out perfectly and very natural looking. And they still look exactly the same and as amazing the next day. In the past I have noticed the amount of curl and lift being less the next day. She also gave detailed after care directions and an oil to keep them healthy until my next treatment. I HIGHLY recommend booking a lash lift/tint treatment with Erika. You will love the results!

I never had lash extensions before so I didn't know if that was expected. But I decided to give Spa Aspara a try and it was a completely different experience. I've booked with Sopha a few times now for my lash extension and she does an amazing job. She explained to me that the lashes were not supposed to be that close to my lid which explains why I kept tearing up and my eyes stung at the last place. Also, you get worked on in a private room and not in a opened setting. They set up the room so that you're relaxed and cozy. When Sopha does my extensions she does it so lightly I swear I almost fell asleep one time. Please request Sopha if you get lash extensions!!

The tech, who I'm assuming is the owner or at least the manager was very nice and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to 3 days later and 5 nails have cracks in the tips. I called and let the person who answered know. She asked when I wanted to come in to fix them? She didn't sound surprised, she wasn't apologetic, nothing. I wasn't extra hard on my nails I did normal every day stuff I do. Because Gel X is a softer tip I can understand if a tip was too narrow for my nail bed and it cracked from that but 5 nails?! I told her I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. I got to the salon when it opened. The man was very nice and did a great job replacing the 5 nails. About 30 minutes later the lady who originally did my nails came in. After the man was done she asked him a question about my nails. Even though it wasn't in English I knew because he shook his hair and pointed to the top of his nail. He repeated himself a couple times and kept pointing to his finger so I can only assume he was reiterating that my nails were cracked. The station I was told to sit at when I had to go back was dirty from the day before. Clipped tips were all over the floor, the towel from the day before was on the station with clippings and acrylic drops. The tools from both visits were not clean and rusty. The nail brushes to wash your nails were all first and has that reddish algae that builds up at the base. I gave 2 stars because the man to redid my nails was very nice! I will definitely not be going back to that salon.

This is my second time having permanent makeup applied to my brows. My first experience at a totally different spa was not great and I was really nervous about trying again, after the first time cost me a large sum and took a year and a half to fade enough to try again over them. Aliya was an amazing listener, she referenced photos that I provide for how I am comfortable with my brows when I do my makeup, and respecting that really wanted a natural look, not a "made up" look, since my hope was to wear LESS makeup and have less time getting ready. She did a phenomenal job - while my skin had a tough time taking the ink (possibly due to previous work), she was persistent and used the entirety of our appointment time to apply multiple layers of ink. She checked in with me on my pain and comfort levels, communicated at every stage, and chose the PERFECT color for my skin tone and matching my natural brow color (not just my hair color, since I am a redhead but my brows are more of a reddish-blonde).
