Second visit and again, did not disappoint!! I got a deluxe pedicure and my feet feel amazing. She didn't rush, took her time cleaning my feet, massaging and applying the polish! Highly recommend and will not wait as long to come back!

I've been coming here for years and now live an hour away now and still come here to get my nails done every time! I always get so many compliments on my nails and they make the experience very comfortable :)

I think I found my go to nail salon since moving here. The gel fill is perfect and consistent in color and shape. All the nail techs are friendly and helpful. My super deluxe pedi ($60) was the best I ever had. Seriously. Scrub, rub, parrafin wax, and hot stone, and some reflexology had my legs tingling as I drove home.

Amazing place! I've been going for years now and they do a great job every time! I always recommend coming here because of quality and how they are with their customers and if you want a fun design they can do it!

I cannot recommend Viet Nails for dip. I have not had any issues with gel at this salon, but the dip manicure I received tonight is wildly bad. It took 2 full hours to remove existing dip on my natural nails and reapply. I asked the tech several times to correct the nail shape, but ended up with a combination of squ-oval, oval-ish, and an odd taper. The dip application is thick, wavy, and totally inconsistent. The top coat was streaked in some places, and some areas were missed entirely. There are particles and small bubbles on most nails, and both dip and topcoat on my cuticles. The edges of a couple nails are sharp and bumpy. Another tech attempted to fix some of the issues, but she said I needed to speak up about the shape (I did, more than once). She did not acknowledge the application issues, and told me if I wanted them to fix the bubbles and particles that they would need to start over. She also blamed the dip powder, but that doesn't explain the terrible shaping, bad top coat, and general lack of attention to detail. At the 2 hour mark, I told her to stop. I paid and left.

The nails I WANTED !!! Not rocket science

HORRIBLE experience , if you want a honest review without any ill blood , I'm your gal . So I went in for a new set . I came at 3:30 and left at 6:28 . Place was crowded , very small , hot as all hell and no ventilation . I mean none ! Smelled like hot as nasty feet and socks , and I thought salons are supposed to smell like nail polish remover -NOPE! So the one man told me to wait until he was finished with his customer and then he would help me , 1 1/2 hr later he's still doing her nails and everyone else is busy massaging feet and walking around cleaning the floors . A lady walks in a hour after me just as one of the female workers is finishing up. Lo and behold the lady sits down and then she gets called over to do her nails . This happened twice! Two different ladies receive help before me. no , they were not appointments . They run in a walk in basis. If you make a appt , they will be late. a woman who had an apt was waiting with me for a while Too while walk ins got serviced before us . I was ready to leave pissed off but decided to try and bite the bullet since I have been waiting for so long and I wanted to support a small business and really I couldn't go anywhere else. I waited so long all the other shops had already closed . . The female worker who took the customers after me decided to leave to pick up her kids after she finished with the 2 customers and brought them to the salon. They ran around messing with tools , pens , liquids etc , not safe . She then calls me over and I ask her for black French tips with a flower gem , meanwhile she starts and her kids are still running a muck . She told me the gems I want won't stay so I don't want them. I said sure can I look at your gem options . She completely ignored me and was focused on her kids, then she decided to put her own choice gems in and attempted to convince me they won't fall off. After all was done I had to keep asking her to apply more acrylic to the base of my nail as she was starting really low down my nail she would put a bead down and then later completely shave it off. She shaved a line into the beginning bed of my nails on every finger. The line is deep pink and was really hard to see with the oil on it. Fast forward (4)! Days, and this is what they look like. I got them done 4 days ago .. and no she didn't cut my cuticle. She barely did anything to let me have lasting nails. On day 2 the gems were falling off because she drilled a line on my nail bed and hair would catch there on the gem because it was such a deep groove . Now here I am pissed off so much I don't want to go back ever , not even for her to fix them. They have atleast 2cm of nail showing and all the gems popped off. I can see the moons on my nails after 4 days. The hearts are My doing , I got upset I couldn't get what I wanted because of her opinion so I put them in my Self (they have stayed longer than her gems!!! ) And she charged me 80$ for medium length nails French and single small gems 10x All in all , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Not to mention the terrible old school family feud that was on repeat so you got to watch a man practically kiss every young woman and their mothers on tv while you got your nails done .and if you asked about it they say it don't turn off it came that way Honestly if you can't afford to keep the shop running , just shut it down. No need to claw for every bit of money with terrible work. You're leaving customers feeling horrible about getting their nails done. And this was my first time getting my nails Done in 2 years .. fuck this place . Wish I could rate it a zero !

Viet Nails is consistently on point with everything they do. I've been here several times & brought friends and family, and we have all yet to have a bad experience. All of their techs are friendly, & take their time to make sure you have the best experience. This was my first time getting a full acrylic set there, and it's been two weeks with no chips or nails even close to coming off. I'm super impressed as usually at least one nail is bending or getting caught in my hair at this point (from other salons)! These guys are the best (:

I haven't had a pedicure in over a year and the last time I was surprised how expensive it was when I didn't even get a sugar scrub, massage or paraffin that I received in previous visit to another location. I decided to try Viet Nails today and I'm glad I did. I was a walk in and they were obviously busy, a good sign right? When I finally got a chair the technician was easy to understand and I requested their "Regular Pedicure" with regular polish. They had a good selection of polish colors. The leg/foot massage was very thorough with considerable pressure not just a few weak passes. The polish was applied precisely. I feel that the price for the service I received was fair and tipped the tech well, after all I was in the chair for 1 1/2 hours. I will be back and will likely get a manicure too. read more

Absolutely love this place! Nguyen is great at nail designs and builder gel. This is about 3 weeks and the retention is great. I've never had a broken nail after switching over to this salon. That also have decent proxies compared to others in the area. Could not recommend enough! read more

I discovered this nail salon in 2024 and it's been has hands down been the best place I've ever been in my life. They are always very friendly and get my nails exactly how I want them. Bonus they last me 3 weeks before needing a fill usually with little to no lifting. They are the best and most accurate at shaping, durability, and quality. I have happily driven 35 minutes here when I moved farther away and will continue to do so! read more

I walked in on a Tuesday around 4pm for a pedicure and I basically fell asleep! First pedi since after having a baby and my feet definitely needed help and my nail technician took her time and totally pampered me! Highly recommend the deluxe pedicure to everyone wanting a pedicure, I promise it's worth it!!! read more

I usually love and very happy with this place..been going since May..but the last few times ive gone seems like they don't want to give you what you want and what's easiest for them..this last time seemed like I was just a problem for them and they were open about it.. I had shown them the picture and said they could..and when it was looking real thick French tip and asked for it thinner..then showed pic again. She told me well she'll have to charge more if I want the picture. I said totally fine that's what I want..and then eye roll and proceed to speak to her co worker...and sat there for another hour..definitely disappointed because I did like going here.. but if you're paying for it..you should feel like you are the problem. And they still ended up looking like how originally she was doing it .."cheaper price option " I'll be finding a new nail place now. read more

My new go-to nail salon. The guy who did my full set and pedicure really took his time and they look amazing. What is also great is I did not leave in pain from any cuts or anything. Other salons usually cut me since my nail beds are so small. I really appreciate the great service and being consistently asked to check if I like the progress of my nails. read more

I've been here twice now and what I love the most is there's no hidden charges. And the charges don't change either. I've been to multiple salons that will say extra $5 for shape or extra $5 for length. Or the next time i go in all of a sudden it's more than the last. Here it's a flat rate and extra for design and I appreciate it! When I come in or I call ahead of time they give me a realistic timeframe to come in, so I'm not sitting there for 40mins like other salons who say just "10-15 min wait" ...When I arrive they see me right on time! I've seen them all sanitize, wear gloves & change them, everyone's wearing masks, stations are more than required distance apart. I get a coffin shape and it is perfect! They really know what there doing here. read more

It is normal to have a little bit of stinging in one or both eyes once the treatment is over and you open and blink your eyes a few times. The solutions used cause this if they touch your eye. I did not even in the slightest have any stinging sensations during or following the treatment. I was extremely impressed by that alone, before even seeing the results of the lift. The results were impressive on top of the gentle care of the treatment. I chose an "L" shape roller vs. a "C" shape roller, giving my lashes a more stick straight up look. I feel it made my lashes look longer than previous "C" roller lifts I have had in the past. Erika described the difference of the two types and allowed me to choose before the treatment. I have also in the past had the tips of my lashes coil tightly in on themselves from lifts at other salons. This lift came out perfectly and very natural looking. And they still look exactly the same and as amazing the next day. In the past I have noticed the amount of curl and lift being less the next day. She also gave detailed after care directions and an oil to keep them healthy until my next treatment. I HIGHLY recommend booking a lash lift/tint treatment with Erika. You will love the results!

Also, you get worked on in a private room and not in a opened setting. They set up the room so that you're relaxed and cozy. I called and let the person who answered know. She asked when I wanted to come in to fix them? She didn't sound surprised, she wasn't apologetic, nothing. I wasn't extra hard on my nails I did normal every day stuff I do. Because Gel X is a softer tip I can understand if a tip was too narrow for my nail bed and it cracked from that but 5 nails?! I told her I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened. I got to the salon when it opened. The man was very nice and did a great job replacing the 5 nails. About 30 minutes later the lady who originally did my nails came in. After the man was done she asked him a question about my nails. Even though it wasn't in English I knew because he shook his hair and pointed to the top of his nail. He repeated himself a couple times and kept pointing to his finger so I can only assume he was reiterating that my nails were cracked. The station I was told to sit at when I had to go back was dirty from the day before. Clipped tips were all over the floor, the towel from the day before was on the station with clippings and acrylic drops. The tools from both visits were not clean and rusty. The nail brushes to wash your nails were all first and has that reddish algae that builds up at the base. I gave 2 stars because the man to redid my nails was very nice! I will definitely not be going back to that salon.

My first experience at a totally different spa was not great and I was really nervous about trying again, after the first time cost me a large sum and took a year and a half to fade enough to try again over them. Aliya was an amazing listener, she referenced photos that I provide for how I am comfortable with my brows when I do my makeup, and respecting that really wanted a natural look, not a "made up" look, since my hope was to wear LESS makeup and have less time getting ready. She did a phenomenal job - while my skin had a tough time taking the ink (possibly due to previous work), she was persistent and used the entirety of our appointment time to apply multiple layers of ink. She checked in with me on my pain and comfort levels, communicated at every stage, and chose the PERFECT color for my skin tone and matching my natural brow color (not just my hair color, since I am a redhead but my brows are more of a reddish-blonde). First of all, they're so sweet and understanding, I had made an appointment at 3:45 pm but due to traffic I would be arriving a few minutes later, I called to let them know and they were totally fine with it! Their hospitality is amazing, the entire time I was there, Nguyen was so kind and welcoming to both my sister and I. Her work is amazing, I came in with a picture of a design I wanted and she had no problems executing it perfectly. Overall I had the greatest time there and this place will be my new go to salon. Lol..well heres the deal. After ready most all these reviews i noticed its 50/50...about even between 5 stars and 1 to 2 stars. It took me back to the time i was a regular there for quite awhile ( about 6 months or so). I went in one day and i already knew it was going to end in catastrophe. The gal i wanted was on vacation so they had a new gal( super young, she looked 12 but im sure she was at least 18). Someone else put my tips on( i was in for a full set and pedi), and the young girl then took over in filing and shaping my nails. Let me tell you i was ready to grab that drill from her hand and do it myself after watching her and feeling her bur the skin off right at my cuticle!! ( im familar with slo speed drills and acrylic burs im a dental assiatant and use that drill for making temporary crowns all the time). She apologized and continued on..when she started shaping with the file i kept telling her i want square swuare not round square(( or squaval as they refer to it nowadays). Anyways she finished and let me tell you the shape looked ridiculous! I mean wtf! I paid , walked out to my car and turned around and walked back in and asked go speak with the owner Jen( same owner then in the early 2000's as now..shes probably lost her passion for the industry by now lol). Anywho, she looks at my nails and says whats wrong with them? I looked at her and said " really?? Can you not see how ridiculous these are and how stupid the shape is? So she grabs a file while im standing at the front desk and starts filing on them( AGAIN ..REALLY??!!). They looked no better than when i left the first time. They know im a regular and for some reason thought i wouldnt care the outcome of my nails by throwing me to the greenhorn in the back!..i was very dissapointed..i always tipped that place well to...always 20 dollar tip ( back in early 2000s that was BIG TIP!)..So it was obvious to me the owner didnt give a shit who i was...i thought well it was only one time ill give them another chance..N O P E!! You find a place you really like and are impressed and happy with the outcome and after awhile the service starts to slip...not sure what it is but this is not the first salon this has eventually been the outcome...anyways ya..i never went back there after that and its now 2025...looks like things havent changed much there lol

On top of that, the shape wasn't what I asked for at all--they looked uneven and poorly done. It looked like the nail lady didn't even fill my whole nail with acrylic. So it already looks like I need a fill. I went back in to have them fix it, and tried to tell them the exact color I originally used. They refused to even look for it and instead just picked something that "looked similar," without listening to me. It felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously at all. Between the poor quality of the work and the lack of customer service, I definitely won't be coming back. I would not recommend this salon if you're looking for nails that last or a team that actually listens to what you want.

They remodeled, so it looks more updated, but its a whole new staff/company. I had high hopes, but I am so picky and was sad Unique Nails were no longer. I made an appointment the day prior for 9:30am. I had a gentleman as my nail tech, I showed him long oval nails, he glued on my pinky nail crooked so he had to remove the glued nail off and try again. I started to get nervous. My nails took half the time as others in, I'm assuming they are regulars for the new salon. He got acrylic all over my skin around my nails and just left it. I paid $75 plus tip for a full set with chrome finish. When i got home to look at my nails, there is a gap between the fake nail and my nails. Literally every nail was not glued on properly. I was going to go back to see if they would rectify my badly done nails, but I dont think I would go back anyways. Im so sad! Unique Nails was my favorite, i believe Dan was my regular. And now its different, and after the rushed set with acrylic all over my skin, I am saddened. I will not be returning, and I recommend anyone that goes to double check they glued the nail on properly. Make sure they do quality work so you dont end up like me. Im sure I will have to get my nails redone very soon. It took me so long to find a regular spot, now Im back to square one I am not sure if the nail tech was new or not, but I feel like I totally got ripped off.

I am very picky about the color I choose for my nails because I'm in the military and the gentlemen who did my nails painted 2 colors on my nails so that I could decide. He didn't have an attitude at all about it. My nails looked amazing and he focused on me the entire time. I will continue to come back. Hopefully they are consistently good! The prices are standard.

I have been coming to Nail Magic for acrylic nails for years. I try to do fills every two weeks, but my nails have lasted without breaking or chipping for up to 4 weeks when I haven't managed to get in before that. The polish they use is excellent and will last the full two weeks between appointments. Right now I am 4 weeks out from having my nails filled; I have spent the last 4 weeks working my regular job Mon-Fri at a desk, plus working weekends in the dish pit at Camp Thunderbird for Cub Scout resident camps. Despite entire weekends spent cleaning dishes and pots and pans for up to 250 people, 3 meals a day, the acrylics are still perfect, no chipping, breaking, or peeling, and I have the same polish on that was applied 4 weeks ago, with just a little bit of fading at the tips. Who could ask for better than that?
