I particularly like the summery skirts, although I can't seem to quite get the right size. The staff are very friendly and happy to recommend things and have a chatter. They have some nice backpacks which are great if you like to cycle around Oxford - easier to carry than a satchel or a shouler bag. The best thing, though, is the flipflops! They really are the comfiest in the world, and worth every penny. They sell lots of flipflops, but you'll know the ones I mean the second you try them on. They also do them in different sizes, which is definitely worth looking for. Top tip: Buy your summer stuff for next year at the end of the season; it's much cheaper and simple bikinis, sandals and summery accessories won't go out of fashion from one year to the next.

Lots of the designs are fashionable enough without being inapprpriate for larger ladies. The prices are on the higher side, so I often shop in their sales, because items are often very reduced in price. Evans is also the only shop I have found where you can buy a plunge bra in large sizes. The quality of their clothes is pretty good, but you do have to thoroughly check before you buy, because it can be a bit variable. They do gorgeous shoes too, unfortunately they are all in wider fittings, so for the narrow footed amongst us it's not a lot of cop. And they go up to a size 9 which is quite unusual. You can buy your whole wardrobe from here, the range is excellent. The staff in this particular branch are very helpful, and are always willing to give their opinion on what you're trying on if you want it. They are friendly, and hard working, and manage to keep the shop tidy, even in the busiest sale times!
