I had to call and leave messages and sent an email with no response in the beginning. I then called…read moreback a fourth time and got in touch with Penny. I made an appointment and Renee called into our meeting at least 5-7 minutes late which I had to take another work call. Renee left me a voicemail. I called back to no answer again. When I called this week to set up an appointment I had to remind Penny of the calls in the past. She put me on hold and then came back and said "Renee says we aren't taking new clients". Irresponsible to lead clients into taking new clients and then giving a different answer later!!
