She asked great questions, offered good advice, sought specific paperwork, and helped us very well. We were made comfortable, given cold water for our thirst, and Dee spent adequate time with us at our meetings together. Since we did not bring all the paperwork we needed, we had to return to visit with her several times and she was patient with us. She provided us with an amortization schedule for home we still own so taxes in the upcoming year will be easier. We did not feel rushed in our meetings with her. Finally, at our third meeting together, she went over all line items, answered all our questions, gave us an organized folder with copies of what she electronically sent on our behalf, and spent time with us talking about what our taxes could potentially be next year. We have had our taxes done professionally at other businesses, however, Round Rock Tax Center went above our expectations. This is what we call "superlative customer service."
