I still love coming to books a million even though it is smaller and doesn't have the coffee shop. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I do love the fact they have signed editions of certain books. My son found his first signed book that he wanted and was so excited. If that's all it takes to increase his reading, then I'm all in!

Good store. The comic book section is awesome. Would love to see more vinyl album selection. Barnes and Noble has them beat in that area.

I've visited this shop several times with the intention of both buying and selling, and…read moreunfortunately my experiences have been consistently underwhelming. On the selling side, offers tend to come in well below what I would consider reasonable resale value. For example, I've brought in multi-disc sets from the same artist and received offers that were essentially equivalent to a single item. The pricing approach seems to rely on the lowest online listings, with an additional steep reduction, which doesn't reflect condition or collector value very well. I've also had to point out when items were collector's editions or higher-value formats (such as steelbook 4K releases) just to receive a more appropriate offer. That process feels inconsistent and puts the burden on the customer. Customer service has been mixed at best. Interactions can come across as dismissive rather than helpful, and responses like "you don't have to accept the offer" don't do much to build trust during a transaction. I understand resale shops need margin to operate, but there's a balance between that and offering fair, transparent pricing along with a welcoming experience. Based on multiple visits, this location hasn't quite found that balance.

I'm a long time customer. Do not go to sell or trade. The guy in charge of sale and trade of…read moreitems is arrogant and will only insult your intelligence with his attitude and offers. It used to be better. Go to McKay's or Grimey's for sale or trade. Both also have better selections. If you go they've got a decent music selection and the guys up front are cool.

There is nothing wrong with your computing device. Do not attempt to control this review. I am…read morecontrolling transmission. For the next minute, I will control what you read. You are about to experience the awe and mystery of, The Outer Limits! You've been seeking an experience. An adventure. Well, now you've found it. The Outer Limits is out there alright. But not so much for the hoard of Pokémon Trainers, who flock to this establishment to engage in the fantasy world of playing and trading. For them this is serious fun. For I, as an observer, it's a one of a kind experience to delve into the mysterious world, and minds, of my new friends. On my visit the store was packed to the Limits. From the Outer portion, to the inner sanctum. That's where games were afoot. The participants paid no attention to this pathogen who looked over shoulders in an attempt to make sense of what the eyes were taking in. Make sense? I couldn't. But it was fun watching the ones who knew what they were doing, enjoying themselves. Each digging into their prerequisite backpacks, ferreting through their game pieces in an attempt to gain advantage. At least that's what I think they were doing. I have no idea as to the process, or for that matter, the outcome. But what I do know, all were having a blast, albeit in a controlled intellectual way. I had a blast too. I admire this sect of game followers, these who dwell on the fringes. They're in their own world. One fraught with challenges of the game, as the real world meanders. In the game, they're in control. We on the outside looking in, can only watch in awe, and wonder. If it's collectable that you're interested in, it's here. Comics, cards, and weird doll things (you know what they are, me, I just shrug the shoulders). Enter the Outer Limits, where Reality ends and fantasy begins. Quick Tip: The card prices seem to be fair. But I have no perspective from which to judge. I being a sports card collector and not fantasy. I can only fantasize that one day I'll come across a rare Mickey Mantle for cheap. I wouldn't know a Pikachu Illustrator from a Alpha Black Lotus. Hmm...could those be the ones I used as drink coasters?

I would say that if you are completely new to collecting you might end up here on accident…read more They seem to be a little sketchy and shady on some stuff, especially with Pokemon. The service is fine, but the value you receive for the selling compared to what they expect in pricing is kind of ridiculous. I would be a little cautious on going here.
