Its a small shop, with lots of books and displays crammed in, making it a tight squeeze sometimes. All the books are catagorised into genres, and they are well marked out so easy to find. At the back of the shop is where all the childrens books are, as well as the small amount of DVD's and CD's they stock. The top end of the shop is where all the adults books are, as well as the huge range of magazines and newspapers. The store is well looked after, the book shelves and displays are kept well arranged and neat. Staff are very helpful and are friendly and polite

I got almost the whole range of the sims 2 for £4 and a really cool cushion for £1! BARGAIN! There are also loads of awesome old vinyl's in there to purchase for peanuts! At the back is paint and gardening supplies, just as you come into the store is the health and beauty section, followed by food for both humans and pets, then stationary and finally home wares. If you're a lover of fairy lights you can find them here in the winter in great abundance.

I particularly like their ranhe of pictures and their lighting, which is really inexpensive. A fair few of the pictures in my home came from this shop. It is also goos for inexpensive stocking fillers for Christmas. There is a car park at the back of the shop, which is prpbably one of the cheapest car parks in Hitchin.

This BUT is the café's air-condition. I understand that when it is 28° outside, they want to cool their spaces down a bit, but what they are doing is way over the top. I have to bring additional layers which I put on *inside* the café, which just feels completely stupid. Plus air-conditioning is extremely energetically demanding (much more than heating), so in the price of my drink I am effectively covering the cost of them making me feel unpleasant.
