So I referred to Guy by the RV office and thought I would give him a shot. He immediately shot over to the Blue Water Casino RV Park to check out my roof air and confirmed it was bad. He got me a very fare price on a new one immediately and confirmed it was in Phoenix about 3 hours away. The next morning he ran to Phoenix to pick one up for me and later that afternoon was back and had it installed and working perfectly in no time. My family and I we're vacationing in Lake Havasu this past weekend. We had a great time besides the…read morefact our fridge was not working, we were able to work around that. On Sunday morning we left our campground early at 9:00am so that we can beat the HEAT and the traffic. We had stopped for breakfast at the Golden Corral took about 50 minutes and went back to our RV and to our surprise it would not start. We trouble shoot everything, but no luck. We were there about 6 hours and we could not get any help, not even with my warranty dept. Everything was closed and were going to have to stay overnight. My friend that was with us googled some auto places and ran into Workman RV Marine & Auto. Charlie the owner came to us within 10 minutes time, he heard how upset I was while I was in the phone with my Warranty people. Within minutes of him being there he had my RV started. He was a life saver. I asked him how much do I owe you? (I figured at least 100.00) but to my surprise he said....nothing. I was shocked, so I gave him 40.00 his trouble.
