I also appreciated that they respect boundaries--there are no pesky follow-up calls from managers trying to badger you after you've already said no. Summers is truly genuine, cares about their customers, and treats you like family. Plus, their technicians are excellent. I have two HVAC units and a split unit, and the price is unbeatable with the quality of service. To stress again, they will not bother you for sales or services you do not need.

They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind.
