In September 2016 had a a new boiler put in by the Crawford Company . I only wish I'd done it a few…read moreyears earlier . They did the most professional job and left no mess or clean up for us . They were on time and pro's in every way . I recommend there boiler installation to anyone . I'm not sure about the rest of there services but there sales crew a boiler installers know there products .

In 2019 I lost my furnace and water heater to the Mississippi flood. I contracted with Crawford to…read morereplace them and asked their advice on whether it would be safe to install the water heater in the closet upstairs to prevent future flood damage. They said it would be fine because they would install a drip pan and overflow pipe to the basement so any leakage would drain through the pipe and not out onto my beautiful, 130 year old oak floor. After just 4 years the water heater failed and leaked all over my oak floor. They charged me to replace the water heater, offered no apology for their bad advice and even replaced the failed heater with the exact same model that failed after only 4 years. Now I'm left with a ruined floor and a water heater that may fail again before it should and no way to prevent it from ruining a repaired floor. As a professional myself I understand people should be able to rely on my advice. That is the point of being a professional. If I give out bad advice I will do everything I can to make it right. That didn't happen here. Jeanne Buffalo, IA
