The team leader was a big man and demanded to be paid immediately and was very intimidating. There were branches and wood all over the place, the leaves were also all over the yard. They made great holes in my garden also. The trees that were near the downed oak received a lot of damage also but they refused to take those branches down. I can't even walk under those trees as the branches are all brushing the ground. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! They took advantage of an older single woman. And the owner was just as rude!
