We got two lunch boxes before flying to Dubai, and then on to Glasgow. It seemed particularly health focussed compared to the one we had a couple of years back - puy lentil and cumin dip, freekah, nut, berry and herb salad, salmon roll and organic yoghurt as a dessert. We shared one in the lounge, and then had the takeaway box about an hour into the flight. It was positively packed with superfoods which was a great way to start our trip back to Glasgow. While the food on Emirates is normally good, we have had some pretty terrible meals. I like being able to get a treat from Café Vue just in case!

I didn't have time to taste any of the food on offer so can't comment on that side but, what I can say it's that I will definitely grab a bite from there next time I'm travelling.
