The woman in store was super helpful and talked me through my options. If you want to give a cleanse a go, but want to know what you're in for I recommend giving one day a shot. I thought I'd be trying one of those cafés that offer 'healthy' (note: healthy but not really) alternatives but I was shocked when I looked at the menu and was presented with *genuine* healthy options. I opted for the smashed avo with a Ruby Red juice (beetroot, carrot, cucumber, orange and ginger) and was so happy when I was presented with an appropriate pile of avocado on delicious bread (that I could actually cut) and a healthy size serving of freshly made juice. A plus! The only down fall is that the space is quite small! Get in early (after your gym session, of course) to avoid the crowds as it's a first come, first served kind of place and given the huge amount of tasty items on the menu, it's easy to lose track of time and stay there allllll day long.
