I then went to the ATT store on Monte Vista and what a great experience. The store was full of customers. The clerks were upbeat. A gentleman named Pete said he could answer my question and in less than a minute resolved my phone issue. We had polite conversation and I would give the Att store on Monte Vista my highest recommendation.
