He said there was nothing else he could do. The "manager" Susan was horrendous, she was extremely rude and told me I still had to pay for my screen repair even though they caused extreme damage to my phone that ranged between $150-$300 to repair. I was freaking out! After much arguing, they agreed to pay the repair of my phone after I took it to Apple. I had them write out a contract so that I wouldn't end up eff-ed up after their wrong doing. This place is freaking TERRIBLE!!!! They were fortunately having a special and were able To see me that day and have my phones ready. Unfortunately I was super busy for about a week and kept missing them. So today I asked if they could see me and even though they were going to close, they kept the store open for me to come in and get my phones fixed!!! Now I can type again and have a beautiful lovely screen! They even added some screen Protectant glass and have a 30 day warranty if there are issues due to installation. I'm so happy!
