Met with the sole employee, Amanda, who was super nice. She noticed the faulty port on my phone and then provided me with a part repair cost of $109.00, which is cheaper but almost the cost of a new phone through insurance. read more

We took my daughter's phone for a data extraction because the screen was glitching and couldn't access data that wasn't backed into the cloud. Left the phone there for 4 hours and when we returned the rep said that when he was doing the data extraction the phone "restarted itself and restored itself to factory settings" and all data was wiped out and lost. He had put a temp replacement screen to show us it was glitching and not staying on for more than 1 minute. He gave us a brochure to ship out the phone to a company they are affiliated with in California which supposedly specially in tough cases. The company quoted $700 to $3,900 range for the service. We went to another place around the corner on Shenandoah Plaza and they said all the phone needed was a new screen. We paid $40 for a new screen and the phone worked as new. Sadly all the data and years of pictures are lost. The rep couldn't even own up to messing up and made it seem like it was a bigger issue that a simple screen replacement. He was also condescending and rude. If we hadn't gone to another place we would've ended up having to buy a new phone. Do not trust this place with your phone unless it is a basic simplistic repair. Even better, don't risk getting incorrect diagnosis and loose your memories or have to buy a new phone. Go less than a mile away to Shenandoah Plaza. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I initially came here for a screen repair, after 20 minutes they told me the motherboard was damaged and I'd have to get a replacement. After I got said replacement, and activated it at ATT they informed me I can transfer the data from my supposedly broken phone to the replacement refurbished. Their tech had my screen working in TWO MINUTES and confirmed it wasn't damage to the motherboard. Even the Apple tech was a little suspicious of motherboard damage. Bottom line, don't trust this place. read more

Good customer service, and they completely replaced my front screen and back of the phone in about 2 hours. I made an appointment online, and then they called to confirm eventhough the screen was dead, I was able to communicate through my fitbit watch. I got a confirmation text for my appointment, too. I dropped off the phone, and my only concern was that I had to give them my phone password, which I was not thrilled about. I returned to pick up my phone and paid the quoted amount plus a 3% credit card fee, which turned out to be an additional $12. I would have paid by check, except I was using AMEX insurance and had to charge the payment. The service was very good, and I now have a 1 year warranty, so if I have any other screen problems, I will happily return. read more

I went here in September 2021 to get my iPhone 10 screen replaced, well not only was the screen replacement not an actual iPhone screen, but it was a very poor substitute. I had issues with the user interface before even leaving the business, and I paid $170 for the entire replacement. 5 days later the screen shattered when it fell from my lap to the floor in a chair. That should not happen to a screen that is brand new. I literally could not use my phone because the entire thing was shattered.. When I went back to ask if they could replace it they said no but that they would give me a discount on a new screen. I purchased a new phone after this. These guys are the best. My laptop overheated and looked to be a total loss. Needless to say total bummer as I a completely work dependent on a functioning laptop. Amazingly the great tech (sorry was so excited I forgot to ask him his name) who worked Sunday afternoon and who is going to Broward College for an IT degree saved the day - all for just $40. Amazing recovery!! I highly recommend this store and can't say enough for this young tech. He was nice and explained (even though I had no clue what he was saying) everything. Horrible. I paid $70 for them to fi a few broken keys and to reduce the lag. My lag is unreal right now, the keys are not fied, the person was my age, and im in middle, and now I have wii problems which i did not have before i went there. And as you can see, my spelling looks bad but my keys aren't fied so the keys just dot work. And to repair the stuff that i paid the already to do and now a wifi problem I have to pull money that i don't even think i have, to fi problems that they made and that i already paid for them to fi. this is trash never go here im warning you now. read more

My new Galaxy S20 would not turn on after a charging session. My first stop was AT&T store. They don't troubleshoot problems anymore, unless you have insurance. Then they will give you new phone. They suggested Best Buy Geek Squad. And U Break I Fix. Best Buy was next door. The Samsung rep was not there so no one could help me. Geek Squad only works on iPhones. Best Buy person recommended U Break I Fix. So now we go there. The gentleman/owner went right to work. He plugged it in to a wire at the counter. This would check the battery, which is what I guessed was wrong. The battery was good, it had plenty of charge and capable of holding a charge. He plugged it into another wire which started the phone. He said it was a software glitch, which happens sometimes on any phone. He restarted it and all was fixed. I happily took out my wallet for a credit card. This was going to be a lot cheaper than having to get a new phone. (Especially since this one is not played for yet!) The gentleman chatted with me the whole time I was there. He was very nice. And he would not take any money from me. I said, but you worked on my phone and got it working! He said it was nothing. Have a nice day and bring me anything that has a power button...if it is broken, I can fix it. I said I definitely would if I ever have the need again. And that is exactly what I plan to do. I also am reviewing his store as his service and customer satisfaction is excellent. Even in this time where business is slow due to covid. I know there are other stores by this name.
