My appointment was scheduled for 4pm today with a manager of the store in Houma, LA. I showed up at 3:50pm for my appointment and the employee checking people in said that Myrtle was in the back and he would let her know that I am here. After waiting until 4:30pm I went and asked for her again. The employee went looking for her and came back and said that she was at lunch. I waited until 4:40pm for a manager with a scheduled appointment and the manager decides to take lunch when I clearly had an appointment set. What happened to customer service? This manager obviously doesn't appreciate my time and believes that hers is more valuable than the customers she serves for AT&T. Something needs to be done to correct the issues at this store.

Because I could not answer the "security question or passcode" I was not able to get service. I explained to them my mother was dying and could not talk anymore. They said to go to the store directly and they could help. I went to the store and explained my situation. The person that I spoke to, Ashley, had no compassion or care towards my situation. Since the phone is not working, we asked to just cancel the account. She could not send anyone to fix the phone service or cancel it without power of attorney paper work or a death certificate. I understand there are rules they have to follow. I just feel she didn't need to be rude at such a horrible time.

No longer includes a wall charger with their phones. So this Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer. Sold me a Quikcell wall charger. When I got home. I discovered the wall charger did not work. Went back to the Metro by T-Mobile store the very next day. Only to be told. That I was right. The wall charger does not work. But all sales are final. And they will not exchange. Or refund my $30. So I contacted the Quikcell company. Provided them with a picture of the product and receipt. The company emailed me. And told me that they were basically sorry. That the product didn't work. And would replace my wall charger. For a $9.99 fee. Buyers beware! It seems to be rip off season. For these two companies

Now they will sell you stuff then after if you need Service it isn't there problem. They say you have to call Sprint Tmobile. They never call you back when you ask for information. Sad how you use to have such good service. Tmobile will Nickle and Dime You. Your just a number to them not a valued customer anymore. They will charge you $10.00 for everything they help you with!!
