He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

Excellent U-Haul service here if you need a truck for a move. I didn't even know they operated out…read moreof here, but I found them and booked online through U-Haul's website. I had to change my reservation multiple times before pickup and the site made it easy and there is no penalty for doing so. There are only a few trucks at this location compared to the Jimmy Carter one by Dunkin, but I feel like the customer service is better here based off reviews I've read about the latter. The ladies at this store were very helpful and sweet. I came back during my move to get bungee cords also which were a big help getting my mattress up stairs under a low hanging ceiling. They ran out of furniture dollies which I had previously requested but still had the regular ones available to use, so they just removed the item from my reservation. The truck I had seemed old as the driver side door seal was coming a little loose and took a few tries to close but no major issues. It stayed closed during my drive and move, and the 15 ft. truck was just right for my purposes. I would recommend this location if you need a small to medium size truck for work or a move.

I told her please call him. She calls and paints an untrue narrative. She finally rudely shouts his number. I contact him and essentially his level of service was equivalent to hers. I left the AirPods at the store and will be disputing the charges. The worst service one could receive. I will contacting an attorney- she has single handily placed this business owner now in a position of liability for harassment and defamation. The packaging (such that it was) had not been disturbed and they were in the exact selling condition they had been when sold to me. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment.
