Also the placement of the screen seemed to not fit for my iphone 15, it was not flushed against the frame and stuck out about 2mm looking as if it was floating on top of the device itself. Which leads me to my final issue. Due to the fact the screen replacement was not flushed to the device frame, I completely shatters within in 2 months of the last time I repaired a screen with them, this is WITH THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I was charged over $300, the product was not worth that amount. DO NOT GO HERE. I even asked them when I picked up my phone if they use the same screens as apple and if they were apple certified, they said yes which was not true considering apple has strong materials that make up the phone. My device even had an error saying it was not an apple part and was not installed correctly. With that said, save your money, go to apple or learn to do it yourself.

There was only one other customer here and so practicing social distancing was easy. + Cellairis is an Atlanta based franchise that sells cell accessories and repairs cell phone screens. I have a screen and case warranty with Cellairis and last weekend, I needed to replace my phone tempered glass and case. After dealing with the Cumberland Mall Cellairis cluster, I called this location and they (Sam) confirmed they had several cases in stock for my phone. ++ Services vary among different locations. While their Cumberland Mall location was the worst I've experienced, this Atlantic Station Cellairis was awesome! I don't frequent Atlantic Station often and Sam the man provided directions and parking instructions. It was easy to find them and Sam greeted me upon my arrival. Sam took my warranty info and helped me pick out the color for my case. Literally, Sam took care of the entire replacement in 5 minutes! So NICE! + Parking is underground free for first 2 hours and street is metered, patrolled and ticketed. Phone repairs and accessories are a necessary part of our existence and Sam at this Atlantic Station made it painless! My wife found Tess Communications on Yelp and called for a quote. Tess said it would be $30. I carried her phone in about 1:00 pm thinking I would have to drop it off. Tess didn't say much but took the phone went right to his work. While he talked business on the phone and greeted customers coming in to the shop, he replaced the battery and returned it in about 25 minutes. It has worked fine. The price was as quoted. Tess has been open for about 5 months. I was impressed with his work ethic, demeanor and the value of his service and skill.
