No masks, PPE, or other apparent protective measures being employed by staff, even though our state government has mandated masks within businesses. Boost can't seem to port over a phone due to unclear technical difficulties and have wasted too much of our time with their lack of forthrightness and urgency regarding overcoming their self-described glitch in their system. There's only 1 person on staff at any given time and they seem poorly supported by their supervisor, who must be at another location. Store seems dimly lit and kind of depressing. read more

It was easy to sign up in the store. After I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. And when i had questions about online bill pay, the person that I spoke with on the phone was impatient and appeared not to listen to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times for them to understand. And after only speaking for less than 5 minutes (didn't take up much of their impatient time) I said thank you and good bye, but to have the other end just hang up on me. I know ethics and this was inappropriate. I was shocked. I work in an extreme professional/cerebral environment. And my experience with the "Ontario Boost Store" was like I was talking to a mentally challenged individual. read more

When I returned from my trip with almost no memory left, since I took a lot of pictures and video, I called to ask about memory cards. They don't sell them but I was directed where I could find them. So I brought my new card in and the young man who runs the store patiently installed the card, then taught me how to transfer my files to the memory card. I am so impressed with this shop! With service like that I am inclined to LOOK for things I can buy from them.

I ended up just throwing away the screen protector that was broke. They kinda sold it to me under false pretenses, saying they would throw a new one on if I signed up for the warranty. They failed to mention the hours of work it would take to get the screen protector warranted and then the long wait to get the new screen protector. To bad you can't trust anything people tell you anymore. Won't shop at this store again :/

I love their holiday aisle and I appreciate the work that is put into it. The candy is always together, if their are toys they are next to each other and I love that everything is in reach for me. They always have great prices on things that most people are looking for. Water is cheap and toilet paper is priced well also. Their chips and nuts have pretty awesome prices and it's cheaper than Albertsons! Stop by and say hi!
