Well, I finally have some answers for my shoulder pain, so it's off to physiotherapy! I was very happy to call and be able to get an appointment within a few days (the other place I called would have been over 2 weeks to get in...) so I'm able to begin to feel better that much sooner! I really appreciated being able to fill out my intake forms online to save time at my first appointment. They also send email and text appointment reminders which is great, AND they'll email your exercises to do at home so there's no worry about forgetting! The facility is very clean, nice and new! The receptionist was very helpful with my benefits and answered some questions I had. My physiotherapist Laura was really great! She is super friendly and made sure to get all the background info on my injury. She was very thorough in assessing my shoulder, limitations, range of motion and pinpointing the areas of pain. She made sure I understood everything she was doing, every step of the way. I received some massage, IMS, joint manipulation and electrical stimulation with a nice warm heating pad.
