The Booster studio is the best place to go if you want to get in shape, feel good and be surrounded by great teachers. Both studios are located in the city of Zurich, one in Kreis 4 and the other in Kreis 8. The studios both have showers and are very clean. The teachers are all very experienced and from different sports background. They are all very helpful and make sure you make the best out of your lesson. There are different classes depending on the level of fitness and experience.. Last but not least, there is always good music in the studio, so you always leave the classes energized and in a good mood. The Lagree fitness method is the best thing I have ever encountered in terms of sports! read more

This studio was my go-to place while I lived in Switzerland and one of the things I am missing most. I would say you need to be fit to a certain extent to start training here, but then you get incredible results in a short time. Also check out the videos on their website or Facebook page to see what to expect, as this not a traditional Reformer class, but still one of the best kinds of training I tried. I got on very well with the instructors, too, who always helped me whenever I needed correction, I liked the music and the atmosphere as well and after each and every training I felt that I improved a little. Will definitely go back when I'm in Zurich again. read more

Love this gym!…read more Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, they have a sauna, a steam bath, and showers with Molton Brown shower gel, a great mirror room in which you can train alone if there are no classes and a nicely stuffed gym. With every visit you get a towel and a water bottle for free. The gym is quite small, so there might not be as many classes as in other gyms, but there are also less people, so usually it isn's overcrowded and the people are usually really nice and easy to talk to. The Indigo is literally the only gym I ever liked going to, and that means a lot.

This is the place to go for a whicked workout that whips you into shape with fast results. I've been with them from almost their beginning 4 yrs ago. They have 3 studios in town, all have their advantages. Their newest one on Selnau has brandnew machines and space for 14 people. I enjoy their studio "Forum", their first studio. It is intimate and they have the earliest classes in the morning, which I need to get to work in time. The teachers are great, so is the service. Check it out. You may get hooked on it in no time... :) read more

I love Booster classes! It was always difficult for me to find motivation to attend any kind of fitness and go to the gym which i found quite boring after a while. But with Booster it's not the case, i am always looking forward to the next classes although they are quite exhausting and at the beginning might be very hard to perform. You train all your muscles and if you go on regular basis you will definitely see the results! on top of that, the atmosphere and the coaches are just great! read more

Even after 2.5 years the workout never gets boring and still is very challenging. Teachers are always super friendly and motivating and take care of all different client needs. I love all different kinds of pilates & barre classes they are offering and really appreciate the continues effort the whole team is making to make us clients feel good. I absolutely love it here! Pilates on the megaformer is really different from regular pilates - it is much more of a hardcore workout and is a lot of fun! I love the Seefeld studio and the trainers are great! read more
