So I had my wife come in with our children so she could help me find a pair to replace them, we looked around and could not find them so we found another pair with the same price point so we took them up front and she had to have Joshua come up front for the exchange since they were a different pair which wasn't a problem until Joshua came up there and asked where the shoes were and I was like there right here and he was like what kind are they and we told him KDR'S and he said you didn't get them here we don't sell that brand and we told yes we did cause your the one that helped us because you were joking with our 6 children and was he was still point blank telling us very arrogantly in front of our children and six customers in line telling us that we were lying that they don't sell that brand and he's been here for 7 years and knows for a fact that we didn't buy them here. So I told him to look up my receipt with my credit card to prove that we bought them here and he was like we can't do that still very arrogantly and yes still in front of everyone. So I said ok I'll bring back my receipt to prove it to you and the look he gave was like yeah right. Well guess what I came home and have found my box and receipt. Well I have now contacted their corporate office and my wife has post on their web site also. The point of the fact is don't call a paying customer a liar in front of his family and other customers cause it shows just how this company takes care of their paying customers. So if you want arrogance and to be made out to be the bad guy in front of total strangers just try doing a return at this location.

I told the clerk at checkout what I was doing. She said there was someone working who could help me get the right shoes. That is when I met Brandy Reed for the first time. She helped me pick shoes that could be "built up" that were also stylist for a 12 year old. My Granddaughter was so thrilled with the shoes after they were finished that I took my daughter to get shoes with Brandy's help. She has problems getting good shoes because of health issues. Again it was Brandy to our rescue. She has a background that makes her able to help pick the shoes that will fit and be comfortable for the lifetime of the shoe. After I graduated, I wanted to get a new suit for interviews and such. A friend of mine had just…read moregotten a suit to attend a funeral from Cambridge and so along with Men's Warehouse, I added it to the list of places I wanted to look. I won't discuss too much of Men's Warehouse in this review, but I wasn't exactly pleased with their service. However, at Cambridge, I got the distinct impression that the guy helping me was trying to find me a suit I looked good in, not just trying to find a suit that I would buy. I am also 90% sure he is the owner. If not the owner, he is at least the manager. He had me try on a great number of items before finally finding one that I really liked and he claimed that he was going to give me a bit of a break on it (although that may have been a salesman trying to get a sale) and I told him that I wanted to think about it and could I come back the next day. He said that was perfectly fine. I wound up coming back that afternoon to buy the suit only to find that it had been sold. So once again, he had me try on several different suits (this time with more focus as we knew what had looked good and what hadn't from earlier) and finally we found a suit that looked even better than the original had, but it was about $60 more. I was willing to pay the extra, but he gave it to me at the price of the less expensive suit and threw in free hemming of the pants and shortening of one sleeve (which, I am told, is not out of the ordinary). Overall, I was really impressed by this place. Customer satisfaction really seems to be the number one goal. I got a great suit at a great price, never felt pressured and I feel that he really did go out of his way to make sure I was happy. If you are in the Jackson area and need a suit or sports coat, I would strongly urge you to go to Cambridge. You will get something that fits you well and the prices are pretty competitive.
