Never buying from again. I ordered a pair of US10 NB 1080s for my collegiate training 2 weeks ago…read moreand it started by them sending me 2 sizes below what I had actually ordered. I go to return them and I exchange for size 10.5 since that was all that was conveniently available. I find out they run large, so it just wasn't going to be compatible and I needed to return them (not anybody's fault, but simply a characteristic of some NBV shoes I didn't know about prior). Apparently when I was expecting to be in and out, I had to wait 4 hours in Dick's on my Sunday afternoon, having to constantly call customer support because one of the employees messed up by entering my exchange incorrectly into the system when I originally returned it, and I ultimately was the one who had to suffer. None of the employees knew what to do, so they kept passing it on to different staff members until eventually the manager referred me to customer service. It took 3 calls to get the information I needed because every time it would be a new person. 2 of them would refer me to somebody else, (also a completely new person every time) but they too would often make a mistake when trying to find a solution for me. As a customer, I have no idea how dick's database system works, so I think I should at least have been accompanied by some employee when calling customer service to make the exchange smooth - however this was not something the employees were willing to do. Eventually after a grueling effort, they finally work something out which lets me return the size 10.5s and order some size 10 shoes. I was already a frustrated about having to go through the 14 man bureaucracy in the dick's exchange process and the inconvenience that it was driving back and forth to it but ultimately it was something I was willing to let go. Well today I finally receive my package, only to find that they sent me a used left 10.5 alongside a new right 10. Smaller suppliers like fleet feet may be pricier at times, but I've never had such an atrocious let alone inconvenient experience when I've shopped there. Clearly that is where I will be taking my purchasing to next time.

A 3 person camper, large shower, storage, and bed I could walk around to make it. After being convinced they had the camper for me, HOLDS 10 people, large shower, 2 bunks that we didnt necessarily need, we were there more than 6 hours from camper to camper to camper. One we wanted was on sale, 22,000. One we bought, 30,000. Being rushed, I felt like. We decided to purchase the camper offered. Got it set up, no closet, air unit too small to cool camper in90 degree weather, 2 inch spacing in build from outside compartment to the inside, insects, snakes, mice can enter here. Told mattress was awesome, slept on an unmade bed(too crowed to make it up) VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, NO SLEEP. ALL other particulars were ok, called after a little over a month (used 4 nights) ask to exchange for what we asked for to begin with. Camper had deprecated 10,000, plus to exchange i would have to pay sales tax and licensing all over. DONT BUY HERE, BE SURE, SURE ,SURE TO LOOK AND USE DIFFERENT ITEMS IN CAMPER BEFORE PAPERWORK IS RUSHED IN YOUR FACE TO SIGN, great saleman-Rusty but fully mislead 100%. MAN DID I GET F****D. After I graduated, I wanted to get a new suit for interviews and such. A friend of mine had just…read moregotten a suit to attend a funeral from Cambridge and so along with Men's Warehouse, I added it to the list of places I wanted to look. I won't discuss too much of Men's Warehouse in this review, but I wasn't exactly pleased with their service. However, at Cambridge, I got the distinct impression that the guy helping me was trying to find me a suit I looked good in, not just trying to find a suit that I would buy. I am also 90% sure he is the owner. If not the owner, he is at least the manager. He had me try on a great number of items before finally finding one that I really liked and he claimed that he was going to give me a bit of a break on it (although that may have been a salesman trying to get a sale) and I told him that I wanted to think about it and could I come back the next day. He said that was perfectly fine. I wound up coming back that afternoon to buy the suit only to find that it had been sold. So once again, he had me try on several different suits (this time with more focus as we knew what had looked good and what hadn't from earlier) and finally we found a suit that looked even better than the original had, but it was about $60 more. I was willing to pay the extra, but he gave it to me at the price of the less expensive suit and threw in free hemming of the pants and shortening of one sleeve (which, I am told, is not out of the ordinary). Overall, I was really impressed by this place. Customer satisfaction really seems to be the number one goal. I got a great suit at a great price, never felt pressured and I feel that he really did go out of his way to make sure I was happy. If you are in the Jackson area and need a suit or sports coat, I would strongly urge you to go to Cambridge. You will get something that fits you well and the prices are pretty competitive.
