Mostly green sea turtles, which are native to the area. Most are in various stages of rehab to be released back into the ocean. But, there are a handful of permanent residents, several species, which cannot be released and are livin' the life at the center. Complete hospital on site, with talented and entertaining staff and volunteers that make the place fun. Everywhere you turn... turtles! In the outer building, there are several tanks housing the large permanent residents, and various other sea life native to the waters nearby. Nice gift shop too! A very fun place to spend a couple of hours. Time your visit to hear one of the turtle talks in the outdoor auditorium... you'll be glad you did! Highly recommend!
