There is definitely a different choice of shirts, toys, and whimsical items than found on South Padre. Probably the best things about the shop are the owners. I was in search of a birthday gift for a six-year-old who loves sea creatures. When mentioned this, I was directed to the exact spot I needed.

These are the type of places where you want to visit & are 100% worth it! If you are visiting during the summertime they have hatchling releases where you get to see tiny little turtles heading to the ocean at 6:45 am or 7:45am you can check their Facebook page for more info. My husband & I were there a few weeks ago but they didn't have any public releases during our stay in SPI but I am looking forward to get the experience this!
