Had such high hopes. Nice location but I think they forgot about maintenance about this place. Very nice cottage but couldn't use the lower level due to the musty smell. The bed downstairs was damp because of such high humidity downstairs. Even after running the humidifier for 2 days, it was still uncomfortable. The outside looks like it was forgotten about. Bushes and weeds were out of control and everything was just unkept. A nice couple of positives, they do have a small fishing boat and electric motor to use. Very nice. Beautiful three season room but I think a-little trimming so you can see the lake would be nice. I will say, I believe that we were there right after an ownership change, but come on man, check things out. Probably the least most enjoyable vacation to the Northwoods on 20 years. Hopefully they get on it and make it a nice place. read more
