The morning buffet was surprising! I thought it would just be cereal and pastries -- but there were eggs, sausage, waffles, the works! But what really make the experience wonderful was the help of the staff. I forgot one of my bags at the hotel and one of the staff drove it to the airport for me!!!! I couldn't believe it. I also like that its located next to a dispensary, a bowling alley (great for kids) and a convenience store. We had a great time. My kids were in heaven.

Everyone has been so nice and friendly and goes that extra mile to remember your name and story about why your here . Again, this place doesn't own its own carpet cleaner?!? The bed was a 2.75/5 so I got some needed sleep. Breakfast: half of it was out of service. Looking too rough for us to take any part of it. All in all, 2 stars is being generous here for sure! We arrived late at night and tired on our way somewhere else. No pictures because I was too tired.

They charged me for a no-show despite the fact that I DID show, check-in and check-out normally. I am unsure why I was charged twice and the property has refused thus far to find a solution or refund either of the charges. I have been told 7 times that I would get a call back but I never do. The man on the phone has also told me that other customers have been calling with the same complaint, but still, no solution. It's shocking that this happened to one person, but to multiple people? Beware.
