My friend had an amazing wedding at this beautiful Victorian Mansion in Walnut Grove. It was picturesque with the most amazing garden. She hired this company specifically because they had a hedge backdrop to match the garden theme of her ceremony. She was excited and we were excited! Long story short--we were 100% disappointed. Not only did they not deliver on their promise to use the backdrop they agreed on, but they used a rose gold sequins background because "it was the most popular" as an alternative. It wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact that it DID NOT EVEN CLOSELY MATCH ANYTHING in the wedding. It stuck out like a sore thumb. OK whatever right? At least we had pictures we can look back on? Nope. It's been three weeks since the wedding and the picture gallery that came with the purchase price is still nowhere to be found. Just to provide context on how quickly these things typically appear, I had a photobooth at my wedding too and the pictures were available the same night. On top of this, the main attendant was so rude when we tried to fix the fact that they were breaching the contract by not providing the services that was paid and agreed on. They didn't communicate well with their client and still felt that it was okay to be super rude. I would definitely not recommend this company for your photobooths needs. There are far better companies out there who will actually deliver what you agreed on, paid for and not breach a legal binding contract.

Their website is easy to use and order from, the owner even sent pictures of a dishware mock up to make sure we aesthetically were happy. 2 stars for Set up and day of coordination for a wedding. Coordinater did a good job making sure the ceremony procession was smooth day of and did reach out to other vendors week of to confirm their timing. A team was there pre-event to set up and was complete well before the event starts time. However, despite providing clear written instructions, labeled bins and pictures, and items checklists, items were not set up properly for the wedding and day of, the bride had to remind the coordinator of multiple items that they had already reviewed repeatedly. Incorrect dishware was set on the tables, decor items were not set out, and coordinator did not ensure other vendor deliverables were executed correctly, despite meeting with them ahead of time and discussing. The coordinator also communicated that they would oversee clean up post event, which was not the case. Would not recommend hiring them for these services.
