I reserved 5 tables and 50 chairs in a matter of minutes! They sent me a separate text for the invoice and another text with directions on how to make a payment on the "Square" payment system. Delivery was good as well until I decided to help them remove the table and chairs from their vehicle...and I noticed that they smelled like dogs. She did admit that she had 2 German Shepherds and another dog, so I figured that I was smelling their car or something. Then I gave them the money, we both miscounted the amount so she returned for accurate payment. Now, prior to our event which was a baby shower, we set them up, and we smelled nothing but dog! Like literally it was as if a dog had laid around them. So given the amount of time, we had to wash their equipment. Once I informed the owner of this business, she tells me she has no animals but does have dogs...dogs are animals! So if your going to rent from this company then be sure to make sure that your equipment was good. Oh and in case your wondering, NOTHING was done or provided to me as a customer having to wash equipment that should constantly be cleaned! Phresh Out!

I was frantically calling tent companies, but expected that I wouldn't hear back until the following morning as it was after hours. Imagine my surprise when I got a call at 7pm from Nancy saying that they had one last tent that was set aside in case of an emergency. Not only did she call back that night, but she got the reservation to the office and called me back to confirm details on Friday morning even though it was her day off. The crew came and set up the tent at 6am Saturday morning, which left enough time to decorate. They were very professional, got it done quickly and it looked great! I was a little worried with all the wind and hail that we were getting at one point in the evening, but we had no leakage whatsoever. The venue, caterer and florist all asked me who we got the tent through, and when I said 'Made in the Shade', each one of them said that they had worked with them before and they were wonderful.
