The other- plain and simply, high caliber of professionalism, authenticity, and warmth that I've had the pleasure to experience after hiring KLK to work their magic for my engagement and wedding photos at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel, this past July. Firstly, my fiancé is not a fan of taking any kind of photos (downright hates the mere thought of it), but Paul changed that all for him during our short engagement and wedding photoshoot so that deserves an extra thank you, as I thought that was not possible. And to have many amazing photos to show for the least possible amount of time to shoot is nothing short of amazing, and illustrates the quality of output you would receive from KLK. Not only that, Kristi and Paul are the cutest, most down to earth and friendliest people you'll meet in the industry. We have only received our wedding teasers to date, and they were all outstanding. Can't wait to see the rest of the wedding images which KLK has communicated will complete in the next week or so - we also purchased a custom wedding photo book which we are very excited about! For years we have been able to get a few physical school photos for about $25 - $40 and we have enjoyed giving them out to family. Now, with the senior portrait, the same quantity of photos is going to be $156 with shipping?!? Really?!? I understand that this business has a lot of costs to cover but this feels like price gouging. I'm sad that they seem to be taking advantage of parents' emotions with a child graduating and capitalizing on the opportunity to charge an exorbitant fee for something they know we will likely cave in and buy. We are trapped by the school's choice for yearbook photographers and their ignominious pricing scheme is very disappointing.

Original Review: I have waited a long time to post this…read morereview as I was still trying to resolve things, but unfortunately neither my wife nor I are ever able to reach Mike, it always goes to voicemail (and the number listed here is not in service). Mike did our wedding over two years ago in August of 2022, and to date we still have not received a final copy of our wedding video. We paid extra for multiple events, in total it was about 15k, and we feel like we made a mistake because we can't revisit the day. Mike did send us the draft video relatively quickly after the wedding, and to date this is the only copy we have. We requested relatively simple edits but never received anything since then and are just unable to reach Mike despite leaving many messages and sending many texts. At this point I don't even care about the edits, just please send us the high quality versions of our videos so we can watch them on our TV, and I will revise this review. 2025 Update: After posting my review, Mike finally reached back out to me and was able to send me a high res copy of our video, along with our requested edits. I've updated this review accordingly. The quality of photography and video done by Mood Photo is definitely great, but obviously communication was very challenging throughout.
