Having been to many opticians and ophthalmologists over the years, in Oxford and abroad, I can say unequivocally that this is the best experience I have ever had. As an academic who reads all day, and who has been dealing with eye discomfort for quite a long time, I am very indebted to Nikki (the very experienced optometrist) for spending so much time with me getting to the bottom of the issue. The eye exam is more expensive than elsewhere, but you get what you pay for in terms of technology and service. For instance, having spent over an hour with me on the day, she had me come back two weeks later, just to check in, free of charge. Meanwhile, Gina, the owner, spent over an hour with me helping me pick out new frames. It was exceptional service that you rarely find nowadays. I recommend iGlasses without reservation.
