Shop is on Ascot High St so their is on street parking free nearby. There are 2 or 3 steps to access the shop so you need to ring a bell for disabled access and it can be a struggle to get a pushchair inside. Staff are helpful and they also have a photo developing counter.

This chemists is one of them. It's a medium sized shop with a good range. I go in for prescriptions and my Potter's herbal cough remedies (expensive, but worth it in my view), but you can also get the usual medicines, baby formulas, perfumes etc. The staff are friendly and get to know you pretty fast. The shop always looks clean and neat. You can see into the area where they keep the prescription medicines, and that's just as light and neat. They also do a few special services: free delivery of prescriptions for those that need it, flu jabs, passport photos, and more. They might not be able to compete with the big guys like Boots on sheer size and range, but as a local chemist you'd be hard pressed to find better.

There is only a small selection of toys and baby clothes but plenty of baby toiletries. There is a good range of electrical items, cameras and photo developing. The make up staff seem well trained and knowledgeable and are able to find items with only the briefest of descriptions. The store is very tidy and the shelves well stocked. There is free parking close to the store and there is disabled access making it easy for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

The pharmacy has had a refit and it's a pretty good design now. They seem to be able to process prescriptions faster than average due to the new computer system and layout of the medications. The store itself doesn't have a huge range, it does however stock the basics and a few seasonal type products. There is no advantage machine in store and there are only a couple of tills. However as the store is hardly ever busy this isn't much of a problem. The staff members are all friendly and polite.

This is a small, local pharmacy - if you're after a full, high street Boots branch you will be disappointed. However, if you need toothpaste or cosmetics or painkillers or you need to have your prescription filled, this is the place. The staff have, by and large, been working there for some time. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They know the regulars (the chemist is near the train station and near a general store, a couple of restaurants, a bakery and other very local type shops) and are happy to advise. I have never had to wait in a queue for very long, and have found the experience quick and pleasant.
