The store is logically laid out, clean (and my last visit was on a rainy day - the floor was still if not spotless, then not dirty), well stocked, and well staffed. As with the clash of the chemist titans half a mile or so down the road, the Superdrug experience is much more appealing. The staff are also flexible enough to make exceptions - I urgently needed to make a purchase at closing time a few weeks back, and the security guard kindly let me in, escorted me to what I needed, and asked an equally cheery and helpful member of staff to ring up the purchase. I got the feeling that they weren't exceptional, and that customer service is important in this particular branch. Not a great area, but a good shopping experience.

It's very clean and nicely organized so it's easy to find the items you might be looking for. The store tends to be pretty packed since it's so popular but somehow the traffic moves along quick and the line to pay, does too. The store has a rewards card that you can obtain simply by signing up using your email, at the register. My favorite part is their staff, they're always very nice and are a huge help in finding something I must have missed, so just alone, their customer service is top notch!! If you are into makeup, or getting possibly a gift for a beauty/makeup lover, this is the place for you, their price range is also pretty affordable to a little bit more expensive stuff so there's definitely something for everyone.

This is their "Marble Arch" branch. This store is open much later than other Superdrug stores, which is great if you're more of a night owl than an early bird (like me!), they are open until 11 pm during the week, but they also open at 7 am, providing the best of both worlds. Some beauty services here include the Nail Bar, there isn't a Pharmacy however which is a shame, as I do prefer Superdrug Pharmacies in general to other pharmacy brands including nearby Boots. 4*

They are a chain store, and the leading health and beauty retailer in the United Kingdom. This branch inside the Westfield Stratford City Mall is large. We stopped in after having dinner at Nando's. For some reason, the cough medicine in the U.K. seems to be better than in the States. So we wanted to purchase a couple bottles to bring back home. Found them here at Boots. Price was fair. It was easy to find because the store was well organized and very clean. Service was spot on as well. Everytime we travel to London, we stay in the Stratford area. Now that we know that Boots is here, it is sure to be a regular stop as well.

I should be taking out shares in pharmaceutical companies. Superdrug is one such destination, and this branch is very conveniently located in the shopping centre adjoining Clapham Junction station. It's reasonably sized, so has a fair choice of cosmetics, toiletries and over-the-counter medicines. It's also cheaper than Boots, although the surroundings also feel a bit more basic. The staff I encountered were helpful in an unhelpful sort of way. I wanted an expectorant, but was told they didn't have any - yet many of the 'chesty cough' mixtures do contain expectorant. They seemed keen for me to buy one particular product, but in the end I chose something different, and the salesperson became equally keen on that. A bit more discernment would have earned an extra star.

I do find the store to be a little closely packed in, which can make it hard to get around and a little narrow at times so the overall store design could be better compared to their other locations. There was one unloading cage between the Pharmacy section and to-go food and drink (this was average at best and again fell short compared to other stores), it did make it a little difficult but obviously I've seen so much worse at nearby stores I don't find that to be a huge issue. If you're in a rush and you're looking for Boots, this is the one for you - but if you have a few minutes the other stores are by far superior. 2*

I went because I had hurt in my ears but they couldn't give me something because I haven't a prescription. The staff didn't help me and the only one thing that they told me it's " Go to the doctor...". My second experience is more conclusive because I was sick (some troubles in my throat). I found everything that I wanted and 4 days later I wasn't sick. Third time, my colleague told me they have great sandwiches and do promotions 1 sandwich+1 dessert + 1 drinks = only 3.49£. It's the cheapest way to eat in Regent Street.

I live in between Tescos and Sainsbury's and have always shopped in Tescos as I have not liked…read moreshopping at the Sainsbury's in Hayes due to many reasons; It was quite a small supermarket and always very busy with never many staff on the tills. I also never found the supermarket particuarly clean and tidy it wasn't by far one of Sainsbury's best outlets I have been to a very nice one in Woking and the difference is massive. Although... As of November 2008 they are extending and refurbishing which is long overdue. I have yet to go but if it is good I just might start shopping in Sainsburys instead. Watch this space
