For my services which are not teeth related, I use the multiple places in Boots. Boots (as you will already know) is a chain pharmacy and beauty store - available in train stations, city centres and most places where you may need to grab a pack of paracetamol or some plasters. This boots, however, offers a whole host of other services you may need for a range of health needs. Upstairs are your beauty counters, hygiene products and gifts (the discount on gifts after christmas is particularly good - offering 50% - 70% off), but on the lower floor are it's other services. If you pop on the escalators and head downstairs you'll find an optician, an NHS walk-in, a doctors surgery, Birmingham Uni dentists and a sexual health clinic. With the doctors surgery and dentist, you will need an appointment. The optician will see walk-ins (depending on how busy they are) and the sexual health clinic and NHS centre are totally walk-in led. This, obviously, can lead to long waiting times - but if you desperately need a doctor and can't get an appointment at your local clinic, this place is a lifesaver (probably quite literally). As well as the various medical services I have mentioned, Boots offers a "stop smoking" clinic and other health led initiatives. When I first moved into Birmingham City Centre I had no idea where my local health services would be (I was dreading having to catch a bus out of town), so for all of those who work or live in the City - this place is your one stop shop for when you're feeling off or need some supplies.

There's also the more seasonal items. Currently there are sunglasses and lotions located towards the back of the store. It's never been overly busy when i've been there even at 5pm on a weekday which is perfect if you want to spend a bit more time browsing. The meal deal is a good price (£3.49 at last check) and it includes a sandwich/wrap, a drink and a snack (up to the value of £1.25 so go for the larger ones!). The service is always quick as there's never really a queue which is great if you're in a rush.

They have lots of multi-buy deals and you can collect Advantage Card points. It also has a baby changing and feeding room upstairs.

This is a really useful Boots location, located inside Leeds Station, although obviously smaller…read morethan their Leeds Trinity branch, the store is very useful in its' location, and the opening hours are also excellent, as a midnight pharmacy, it is open until 12 am, meaning you are able to pick up prescribed medications well into the night. The store appeared to be fairly presentable, it appears to have had a slight refurb to fit into the refurbished part of Leeds Station very well. Prices were a little high on the to-go food and drink, selection and pricing is better at other outlets inside the station including WHSmith and Sainsbury's. The staff seemed friendly enough. 4* - The store is good, mainly for convenience and the midnight pharmacy.

Last month I was told they were too busy so they can't order my medication for me again. I had to go about three days without medication. And the pharmacy told me I can even go five to seven days without medication. And this month also because of the bank holiday they couldn't order my medication. When I phoned them to find out they disconnected me after almost 20 minutes of waiting. I phone again and the reply was pharmacist is too busy call back in two hours. Cameolord try to make it as easy as possible offering prescription delivery and collection, my experience was simple and quick and I was able to get my medication in minutes so I was rather pleased. A little tiny Boots store, approximately 30 seconds walk from my work place so frequently visited…read more They have the basics I need at work - chap stick, paracetamol, pint of milk, sandwich and sanitary products! There is a much larger Boots store over two floors in the lower precinct which has everything you could need, but these are very handy. The staff are always extremely friendly and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, more so than my own GPs I think.
