We arrived at 8:00 PM on a Sunday, excited because it had been recommended by friends. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The buffet has a 2-hour time limit, yet our orders took about 25 minutes each to arrive. On top of that, a staff member told us we could only order 3 items at a time, despite there being 30+ items on the menu. This combination of long wait times and strict ordering limits made it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal. If a restaurant is concerned about customers eating too much, then a buffet-style business may not be the right model. Customers should not feel rushed, restricted, or unable to enjoy the food they paid for. In fact, we did not even have enough foods or time to eat! And at the end, you came and ask if we want to eat more? You are kidding, right? Even more concerning was the hygiene. At one point, there were two small trays of bean sprouts on our table - one used and one fresh. Because no one cleared the table, we stacked the new plate on top of the old one. A staff member then took leftovers from the used plate (only a few pieces) and poured them onto the fresh plate, Seriously? This is not only inappropriate but raises serious FOOD SAFETY concerns. Additionally, the table itself was sticky, which further reflected poor cleanliness standards. We are paying customers and expect to be treated with basic respect and provided with safe, hygienic service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards.
