We were on a search for an aerosol can of spray-air for cleaning. D.Y.I. was all out, but they referred us to NetworkIT. We easily found it and parked on Bartlett to avoid the Pine Knot parking fun. The owner was 'Johnny on the spot' selling us a can for $12. (Mountain Prices, we're used to it) He was kind and professional, but my favorite part of our visit was his housekeeper. She is about 36 inches tall, a hard worker and pretty proficient with a wet swiffer. She's greeted us back and told us she helps her grandpa "...because he's old". You know how helpless you can feel if you are very dependent of your laptop, you know it is probably nothing major, but just completely stuck, no internet.... And you also know you usually can fix it yourself, but not this time.. Anyway, I was there a few days ago, completely stuck and made my way to NetworkIT in the Village behind Ben and Jerry's! It need to be said. Absolutely practical, personal, fast service and for a good price to. CJ was the the one that helped us. What a kind and patient person. I don't typically leave reviews but I'm gushing about this one. Firstly all of the pricing is VERY reasonable. On several occasions I have forgotten my MagSafe charger for my MacBook, needed external hard drives or high storage SD cards or flash drives. The K Mart doesn't have any of this and neither does most of the mountain. This place has everything, is easy to find and EVEN HAS A VENDING MACHINE FILLED WITH THE STUFF UNTIL 10:00 pm! AWESOME! I don't write a lot of reviews, but when someone goes OVER and ABOVE, I want people to know, so I am writing this review for Bryan anbd Brandon at NetworkIT in Big Bear. I was looking for some simple home automation stuff for our condo in Big Bear and wanted a Google Home and a Google Chrome for the TV and after looking all over at Kmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc., someone mentioned a new computer shop that opened in the Village, so I tracked them down and unfortunately, they were out at an appointment, but I called the number on the door and the owner "Bryan", instantly made arrangements for me to get into the store and get what I needed. As if that wasn't great enough (customer service wise), he also then spent about 30 minutes texting back and forth with me to trouble shoot the installation. As luck would have it, the next AM, my laptop started acting up, so I took it in to them and they instantly opened it and could see the problem was a significantly swollen battery, so they ordered a new one to arrive in a couple of days, but they knew I needed the computer while up here, so they put it back together so that I could continue to operate it with the power cord until the new battery arrived and is installed. They were fast, professional and very customer focused. I live in the Temecula/Murrieta area, but am in Big Bear fairly regularly and as I have future computers needing work, I will bring them up here as opposed to fighting with a Best Buy or some other high volume place in the valley! I have been working with NetworkIT since we bought the Hillcrest Lodge in August 2020. They are great - responsive. They updated my internet resulting in multiple positive comments on internet reliability from guests as well as providing support services on time and very reasonably priced. In addition, they provide access to purchasing equipment that would otherwise require a "trip down the hill" cost over 2 hours of time not to mention the gas cost. It is worth a little extra to save on gas, oil, wear/tear on the card, not to mention my time. Next up - upgrade my exterior security cameras. read more

Bryan, Adam, Eddie & the whole team at NetworkIT are just wonderful! Here's my story: I brought in my tragically damaged iPhone in before Christmas, and diagnosed the issues and ordered new parts for me. In the meantime, they gave me a loaner phone! It snowed, I had family over, and they let me keep the loaner until things died down and I could gEt to town. Then, when it turned out that I needed an entire new phone (my fault, not theirs), they ordered a few different kinds of used iPhones so that I could choose from them when they came in. In 4 days, I had my choice of used iphones. When I came in, it only took Adam like 30 seconds to switch my chip. Walked out ecstatic, with a shiny new phone! Since then, I've brought them my MacBook Air, my external HD, and mY iPaD. I trust them with ALL my electronics now. I am so glad they are here in Big Bear! read more

Incredibly impressed with the service from NetworkIT. I needed an HDMI extender cord for my Amazon Fire Stick. Originally went to Kmart (who no longer has an electronics dept). Then called DIY, no luck. They referred me to NetworkIT and mentioned the store was already closed for the day, but has a vending machine for most common needed electronic items. When I arrive, I noticed the vending machine had a lot of useful items, but not the cord I needed. The store was currently closed but was listed open by appointment only. I called the number listed on the window and spoke with Bryan. I explained my situation to Bryan and within minutes he arranged for me to purchase my item from the store. If it wasn't for Bryan, I would have had to drive 20-30 miles off the mountain to the nearest Best Buy. Thank you so much for your help!!! read more

I called and they were closed. But the answering machine is so helpful. I was able to get just what I needed from the vending machine they have during after hours. Big Bear can be a nightmare for last minute electronics. Kmart and the other stores don't sell any chargers, tv or internet cables. This place has been a huge resource for us multiple times. Latest was when our modem went down and was incorrectly diagnosed by the cable company as the router. They loaned us a router( when we would have bought one) and the cable company then admitted their mistake and fixed it. Brian even called us back while the store was closed and met us there. He troubleshot the issue relentlessly, hoping to have it fixed for resale since I needed to buy another phone in the interim. Unfortunately, it was not financially viable to fix the issue, since it was a labor-intensive hardware problem and the phone was an older model. I was so thrilled to find out we have a great new store in Big Bear that has a great inventory for anything IT much like a small Best Buy. I upgraded my internet service with Spectrum to 1G and my coverage did not cover my whole house and Bryan, who is the owner, came to my house and in no time he had my internet blazing fast with extended coverage everywhere in my house.
