I live behind a shopping center that Boren Brothers services. They have been asked repeatedly to not empty their dumpsters before 7:00 a.m. because there's a neighborhood directly behind the shopping center. They are very loud when they empty their dumpsters and they show up as early as 2:30 in the morning when the neighborhood is trying to sleep, they have no concern for the community. read more

Horrible company had to make multiple calls just to get my cc charged and get the contract sent to my email put me on hold for 15 min each call I made. They charged my card BEFORE my contract was looked at and signed by me, they use a 3rd party service to advertise then tack you with hidden fees and when you don't pay say you will have a collection agency charge you for the remaining balance. TOTAL SCAM the charge you pay up front is only a delivery fee. They pop up under CHEAP dumpsters as Liberty Dumpsters so the name is not even who this company is which is Boron Brothers, but on the contrary it's very expansiveUse Dumpster Guys in London Ohio way better company! read more

I periodically go to the SWACO landfill near Grove City and each time I go one of the BB trucks is trying to run me over either in the landfill area itself or on the highway. They are some of the most aggressive, rude, almost criminal drivers in the area. This morning one followed me out of the landfill, apparently attached to my bumper, and when he finally did fly by me on 71 doing 75 in a 65 trash was coming out of his truck like it was confetti at the super bowl. How do these drivers and this company maintain their license! I'd never use their services based on that poor advertising pasted on their trucks while breaking the speed limit, putting folks' lives in danger and littering our state. read more

One of their trucks was driving next to me on the highway. A huge Rock can't flying off the truck , scared me so bad I almost swerved Into a ditch and cracked my windshield. I called later on and they refused to pay for the damages because there is no video. Me and the driver made eye contact and I pointed to the crack. He shrugged. Not trustworthy. read more

Boren Brother's dumpsters service is a premium service. The office provided me undivided attention to complete my order. As far as the drop off and pick up of the dumpster I was extremely surprised at how punctual they both were. Also, I was thoroughly impressed with my delivery driver. Very well spoken young man that took precaution when backing in my driveway and dropping off the 30 yard mammoth of a dumpster. I used Boren Brothers dumpster 5 years ago and got the same type of service as I did this go around. Finally nice to see a company in town be so successful that still takes care of the little guys. So THANK YOU Boren Bro's for providing exceptional service at an affordable rate that enabled me to achieve my goal. Go Bucks!! read more

Pretty poor service. Our concrete drive is now stained all over with hydraulic fluid, called about it to be told they would bring it up the ladder, (nothing came of that) even emailed zach boren before and after pictures which he never responded to. We get recycle picked up multiple times a week, which they miss days constantly, and the time of pickup is never consistent. Sometimes 6:45 AM, sometimes 3 PM. Am constantly having to call to see if they've skipped us based on the history which i really don't have time for. Last issue, i had called to see if our recycle pickup was still coming because it had landed on Christmas day (its the day after now). Was told they came around twice on Christmas eve which was news to me, and isn't really helpful at all... So now we're behind a recycle pickup and overflowing, asked if they posted this info on their website for future reference and the customer service rep didn't know. Overall a really poorly run company, it makes Columbus city trash pick up look like a luxury service. I'm stuck with dealing with them but i would never recommend them for routine trash pick up. Never dealt with drop off dumpsters but personally wouldn't give them my business. read more
