Yes, small chips or scratches on the driveway are understandable, but their drivers negligently dropped the container off the tow hook and it came crashing down on my driveway causing several cracks. The dispatcher originally said their drivers found no damage which was a lie. We've used Frog many times but will never use them again due to their lack of accountability and workers that don't appear to know what they're doing.
