The building was ok but you could tell it needed much work. Back then I dealt with Christine, she was the first Insurance Agent I ever talked to. What a beautiful, clean, well operated Agency. When I first came here I dealt with Terry. What a incredible woman. She helped me out in so many ways. Sometimes we talked about things unrelated to insurance. Terry just cared. That was great learning and she was never one not to give a lesson or look for a discount for me. I made the mistake of going with Geico bc I thought they'd give me the best price. Which resulted in our policy getting cancelled. I escalated my issue to every senior manager at Geico and no one could reinstate the policy. I called John looking to get a comparable new policy with hours he had my old policy reinstated and was able to tweak the coverage so I was saving $200! They are smart, personable and put a human face to a traditionally cold profession, insurance. I cannot be happier than I am with how John and Liz dealt with me, a stranger to them, in their passion to lower my insurance bill. John explained everything to me. He is a kind and considerate person. Liz did much of the "grunt" work in the process of lowering my insurance bill. They looked over my policy with a fine toothed comb and found issues that had me paying too much. As a result, I stayed with the same company but John and Liz saved me $450.00 a year plus got me better coverage. I can honestly say that I have never spoken (that's right, I only had to scan and email my old policy) to a more knowledgeable duo than John and Liz. They know the industry inside and out.
