They said, it doesn't matter they needed to do that and wait another two weeks for me to confirm I didn't get the check. When I reiterated that I would not receive it because I no longer resided or leased that apartment, they said it didn't matter, that is what they needed to do. Additionally I needed to escalate the issue of canceling a car insurance policy to their corporate office as I was told by Montini that I could not cancel a policy for a car that I sold. I would not recommend this insurance broker and because of this ordeal, I would not recommend State Farm Insurance.
