The store did not contact him before the deadline passed. This delay has real consequences. His existing glasses have deteriorated to the point of being unusable, and he depends on corrective lenses to drive safely and perform his job. Missing a promised pickup date for basic single-vision glasses, with no communication or urgency, puts unnecessary strain on someone who relies on vision to work and commute safely. Waiting 21 days for standard single-vision glasses and still missing the promised date is unacceptable. If you need glasses within a reasonable timeframe, do not rely on this location. One star.
