I found the staff member Audrey D. to be quite rude and inflexible about it. It's frustrating when such a minor delay results in missing an appointment, especially when no effort was made to accommodate the situation. i even called earlier to let them know i maybe a few minutes late and the lady on the phone (not Audrey) said its fine to be up to 15 min late. So i was really in shock. for moving your location "temporarily" out of town i was sure you'd be more understanding.

Highly educated physicians, Bronson doctor, she is the best and I have rare conditions, she goes above and beyond her call of duty to help me, she has saved my life more then once with her quick thinking, getting tests, I highly recommend Dr. Hina and Portage Family Medicine. I do not believe the other negative comments I go there pretty often, I chose the smartest physician in S.W. Michigan , in my opinion and I have seen many doctors & specialists here.

The bathrooms and general building are clean and kept well. The parking lot is not as well maintained but is ok, it is plowed and salted well though. It is nice that it has immediate care, pharmacy, labs, and general ppratice all in one building.

I transferred due to my last doctor's office not holding up on the Quality Care I believe I…read moredeserve. I was recommended Megan McKenzie and Wow!! She's so kind and to have someone fully listen to my concerns is a breath of fresh air. I truly feel she has my back and is willing to run the distance for me to make sure I'm as healthy as possible. The location couldn't be any better as well! I'm actually excited to start my health journey for a change. :) Front Desk clerks were very kind and informative. The nurse was gracious and caring. This is definitely the place to go!
