This is the kind of place where you have to request what you need and it takes multiple appointments to accomplish anything with your health. They won't run the necessary testing. You have to be your own advocate. They just want you to keep coming back to pay. I also scheduled a yearly check up because I know that I get one free each year and they didn't even enter it as a yearly check up so I was forced to pay for the appointment out of pocket.
