Dawn did not listen to anything I had told her not to do, she just ignored all of my requests. I told her I was very sensitive headed and she SCRUBBED my head with her nails (you're NEVER suppose to wash any hair with nails), I could feel my hair getting ripped out from all over but mostly from the back of my neck I could feel it rip out from the root. I than sat up and told her NOT to put the towel in my hair which she then said "I do this all the time you are fine" and still tried to dry my hair with the towel (towel drying creates frizziness, breakage, and fragility)!!! We then get to the chair and I told her I absolutely do NOT brush or comb my hair while it's wet because it will rip out (hair is in its weakest state while wet, not supposed to brush while wet) and once again, she did whatever SHE wanted to do. she ripped through my hair with a comb and I had to keep telling her to stop. She also kept blow drying my hair with very hot air and I kept telling her it way too hot but she would only turn it cold for one minute and then it was back to burning my scalp that she had just scratched up in the wash bowl. I literally did all I possibly could by telling her and she just did whatever she wanted to do, I can't believe she just took advantage of me like that! I GET TREATED BETTER AT A GREAT CLIPS!!!!! I'm so angry and I wish I didn't go to this appointment at all!!!

She basically soaked my feet in water and put nail polish on. She does not know how to cut curling hair or maybe hair at all. I told her I part my hair on one side but cut it as though I part it in the middle so I ended up with a shelf of short hair on one side and the length in the back was cut into a "V". It was a big waste of money.
