She is easy to book appointments with and has a nice variety of availability. The salon itself is bright and nicely set up. There are two nail techs and several stations for stylists. They have two shampoo sinks (where you can also get waxing done) and two dryers. Shelby has done cuts, colors and full highlights for me and also done cuts for my kids. What I like is that she is honest about what will and won't work with colors and styles. If she thinks something won't last or that you won't be happy, she will tell you and suggest alternatives that might work better. She works efficiently but you never feel rushed and her prices are very affordable. I always look and feel amazing after a visit to Shelby. Highly recommend her!

She's always ready for me, no waiting, but even if I needed to wait the lounge area has everything from hair products, jewelry, makeup and clothes to coffee! The outside of the place isn't much to see but once you step in the spa is new, beautiful, and comfortable. Kelsey always listens to what I like, gives me great suggestions, and she's a color expert.
