The first cast was chosen in July of 2015 by three days of auditions for dancers, singers, and actors. Right now it is the only cultural and historic performance of this kind on the island. On June 2016, it moved to the Celebrate Puerto Rico Theater to offer special packages of performances that include a free welcome drink, a three course dinner, and an introductory salsa lesson after the show.
